1. Order Cancellations

    • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
    • After 24 hours, all orders are final and cannot be canceled.

2. Processing Time

    • Please allow a minimum of 7 business days for processing all orders.
    • Processing time may vary depending on order volume and demand.
    • Orders are shipped on Tuesdays or Fridays.
    • Please note: Selecting expedited shipping will not reduce processing time. It only shortens the transit time once the order has been shipped.

3. Shipping

    • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Faster shipping options apply only after the package has been dropped off at the post office.

4. Returns & Exchanges

    • No refunds will be issued on any purchase.
    • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect color or style selections. Please ensure your order details are correct before checkout.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

    • Store credit may be issued if an item arrives damaged or defective.
    • Customers must provide photo evidence within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered.
    • To request store credit, email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.
    • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 Repair Policy & Limitations

    • MUMU does not cover return shipping costs for repairs or damage.
    • We’ll do our best to assist with repairs, but we cannot guarantee service for items no longer listed on the MUMU website.
    • Please note that the following are not covered under our repair or return policy:

• Scratches or marks from regular use
• Lost charms or components
• Chain breakage due to pulling, stretching, or misuse
• Damage caused by improper storage, exposure to water, chemicals, or impact
